1: Can you ship my order with my husband/wife to help us save on shipping costs?

A: Absolutely, this is a very common request that we are happy to fulfill. If you place an order at the same time as your husband/wife email customer service and let us know so that we can charge you a single shipping fee.

2: How far in advance should I place my refill order?

A: Most of our customers will place their refill order 30 days in advance.

3: Are there any hidden fees?
A: No, Global Village Pharmacy does not charge any additional fees. There are no sign-up fees and no ongoing charges. The only other charge is $9.95 for shipping and handling.

4: I would like to order a generic drug to save even more money, are they just as effective?

A: Yes. Generic drugs are just as safe and effective as brand medications.

5: Where will my order be shipped from?

A: We currently ship from partner pharmacies in; Canada, UK, India, Germany, Denmark, New Zealand and Australia.

6: What is the difference between brand and generic drugs?

A: Generic drugs are chemically and therapeutically the same, they have the same ingredients and work the same way as brand name drugs.

A: Unless there is a manufacturer defect we do not accept returns for any product.

9: How long will it take before I receive my order?

A: A typical order will arrive in most countries within 10 - 18 business days. We do suggest placing all refill orders 30 days in advance.

10: How will I know my order is coming from overseas?

A: The majority of our orders will be shipped from overseas. Our customer service staff will review your order with you before we charge your credit card so you will always know where you order is being shipped from and how long it will take to arrive.

A: No, there are no additional charges or taxes for orders shipped to the US.

A: For our existing customers and new customers we will match any competitor price as long as it is the same drug by the same manufacturer and is of course the same quantity.
